Shipping Policy
We currently ship to all 50 states within the US, Canada, and Great Britain.
Orders placed in the continental US and Canada receive free ground shipping. Orders placed in Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via 2nd Day Air for a $20 fee.
Continental US and Canada orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) via UPS and US Postal Service (USPS). All ground product orders require 1–3 business days to process and up to 5–7 business days to arrive. All expedited orders require 1 business day to process and will then be shipped through the method of your choice.
We are able to fulfill orders placed in the United Kingdom. You will be able to choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.
Some exclusions may apply for any promotion or discount code. Promotions cannot be combined and may be limited to 1 use per customer.

RETURNS
At Rossi Derm MD, we hope you love your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. While we would love to offer this option, we cannot guarantee that a returned product has not been tampered with or used in a way that might affect its effectiveness. Our top priority is ensuring the highest quality for all our customers, and this means we must ensure all products are sold brand new and unused.
If there is an issue with the product itself, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can assist you with your query.
