All orders are shipped Monday-Friday excluding holidays via UPS and USPS. All ground product orders require 1–3 business days to process and up to 5–7 business days to arrive. All expedited orders require 1 business day to process and will then be shipped through the method of your choice (1 business day or 2 business days).

Once you've placed your order, our fulfillment team begins immediate processing to ensure the fastest possible delivery. This means that order modifications or cancellations are not generally possible.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us immediately at service@rossiderm.com and our team will attempt to make those updates, and if it's too late they will help you process a return.

You'll receive four carefully timed updates: an immediate order confirmation, a shipping notification with your tracking details, an out-for-delivery alert, and final delivery confirmation. Each shipping-related email includes your tracking number and a link to real-time order status.

Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery (US orders only). We do not accept returns for orders shipped outside of the US
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Personalized or damaged items cannot be returned
- Only purchases placed on rossiderm.com are eligible for return. If you purchased products through an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly for returns
Return Process:
Email service@rossiderm.com with "Return" and your order number in the subject line. We'll provide a complimentary return label and can also help you find the right product.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt. You'll receive confirmation once processed.
